1. How will I receive the downloads I purchased?
After you have purchased your favorite set(s) from the shop, you will automatically receive an email with links to downloadable zip files which contain all the images. Please be sure that you check your spam inbox as well.
You will also receive a login with the username and password you created during checkout for anytime you want to re-download your image sets.
Please note that we are not responsible if you input an incorrect email address as this is how downloadable files are sent to you. If you do not receive them, please email us at email@example.com.
2. Can I download the sets to my phone?
No, all of these sets have high-resolution photographs which are unable to be downloaded directly to your phone due to the size. Please download these on your computer for ultimate satisfaction.
3. What if I want to download the files again?
Once you have purchased a set, you have access to it forever! Which means that you can re-download the photo sets you purchased as may be. When you purchase an image set, you must create a login with username and password which allows you to login to the website to download the images at any given time.
After you have logged in, you will automatically be taken to Your Account Details Page. On the left, you will have a menu. Click Downloads to see the files you purchased. Click on the File Link and Enjoy! You may also access your downloads by clicking Downloads in the top menu.
